Mindfulness and mental/physical health aren't just important for adults, our little ones need to cultivate this too! Starting to practice yoga from an early age with our children can lay the foundation for lifelong habits of health and wellness.

Our instructor / owner Ginny loves the children's book "Good Morning Yoga: A Pose by Pose Wake Up Story" by Mariam Gates. It incorporates play, imagery, breathing, moving your body and mindfulness all in one adorable package that is fun for everyone to do together!

If you try this book with your littles, let us know! Also, be sure to check out our video on demand classes featuring kids, including classes for babies, toddlers and older children.
