At True North Yoga, we respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

When you interact with our studio, we may collect your name, email address, and phone number. For payments, we use Stripe to securely process credit and debit card transactions in the studio, and our booking platform Momence allows you to optionally store a default payment method. We do not store or have access to your full card details.

We use this information to register you for classes, workshops, retreats, and teacher trainings, and to communicate with you about bookings, schedule changes, or cancellations. We may also send newsletters and announcements by email, as well as time-sensitive updates such as class cancellations by text message. These text messages are occasional, human-sent updates to keep you informed about your bookings.
Your privacy and security are important to us. We take appropriate measures to safeguard your information, and we do not sell, rent, or trade personal data. We work with trusted partners, including Momence, for class bookings and account management, and Stripe, for payment processing. These partners are authorized to use your information only as needed to provide services on our behalf and are bound by their own privacy and security policies.

You are always in control of how we contact you by email. You may unsubscribe from newsletters or promotional emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in the message. You can also update or delete your information, or change stored payment details, through your Momence account. We keep your information as long as you are an active student, and liability waivers may be retained for a longer period to protect both you and the studio.
